• Eligibility for Exchange/Return
    Products purchased from Brands Avenue are eligible for exchange or return within 15 days if:

    • An exchange or return request is made within this timeframe.
    • The item is found faulty, damaged, or defective upon delivery.
    • The received product is different from the one ordered.
    • Any item or accessory is missing from the package, including tags, labels, or original packaging.

    For claims, email pictures of the defective item to brandsavenue10@gmail.com or call +92 3228884409 within 15 days of delivery. Brands Avenue will review each case individually to ensure fairness.

  • Exchange and Return Process
    Upon receiving the item, our team will review the damage. Once approved, we will issue an exchange or return based on the invoice value and send the replacement to the buyer’s address.

  • Shipping Costs
    Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling costs for exchanges and returns.

  • Non-Returnable Items

    • Discounted Items: Items bought at a discount are not eligible for return or exchange.
    • Stitched Items: Once unstitched articles have been stitched, they cannot be returned or exchanged.
    • Wedding Wear and Couture: These items cannot be exchanged or returned under any circumstances.
    • M. Luxe Fabric: Once purchased, M. Luxe Fabric cannot be returned or exchanged.
